The novel coronavirus has been dominating the political agenda of the Visegrad Four countries since around February-March this year. While first wave of the pandemic affected these countries relatively mildly, the second wave has hit them much more seriously.

What impact has the virus had on the political agenda and political developments of the Visegrad countries? What narratives have thrived across the countries? Which political actors have tried to capitalise on the pandemic and how? These are the questions the Budapest-based research institute Political Capital and its national partners from Czechia, Poland and Slovakia focused on in a new research.

We cordially invite you to an online conference to present the findings of our new research and discuss them with our national partners.
